Louis career has predominantly been in the hospitality sector working in senior positions for some of the most recognised global restaurant brands including 13 years as General Manager of the 3* Michelin Waterside Inn, Les Ambassadeurs and Zuma and Cavalli Club in Dubai.
He also has held Group Director roles with Bulldozer Group, Pragma Group, 4 Front Facility Management and Skelmore Hospitality Group in Dubai.
His enormous knowledge and experience in training, event management and face-to-face customer service will bring a refreshing and positive, client focused approach to UniPharma.
